Founder of Electropathy Count Cesare Mattei

Count Cesare Mattei was an Italian nobleman and the founder of Electropathy, also known as Electro Homeopathy, in the 19th century. He developed this system of medicine using natural plant extracts to treat various diseases in a safe and holistic way. His aim was to provide effective treatment without harmful side effects. He dedicated his life to research and experiments on natural healing methods and prepared medicines from non-poisonous plants. His treatments became popular among people for their gentle and natural approach. Through his work, Electropathy gained recognition in different parts of the world and continues to be practiced even today.

Practitioners of AIEMS is exempted from Telangana Clinical Established Act as per letter issued by the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Telangana. AIEMS practitioners can establish their clinics and Health Centers without formal permission and license from Health Authorities. 

 

  • Authorized Training & Practice : We are the only facility in the state with the approved institutional framework to conduct comprehensive Electropathy education and clinical training.

  • Legal Advocacy: AIEMS is heavily involved in the legal discourse surrounding the recognition of Electropathy in India, often working in tandem with the Telangana Electropathy Practitioners Association (TEPA) to secure the rights of its  practitioners.
  • Public Health Initiatives: The institute regularly organizes Free Medical Camps and public health awareness programs to provide community service and practical experience for its students.
  • Academic Events: It plays a central role in celebrating World Electropathy Day (January 11th) by hosting conferences and seminars that bring together senior practitioners and experts in the field.
  • Literature & Research: The institution supports the publication of specialized texts, such as those focusing on Materia Medica, Practice of Medicine and Medical Jurisprudence of Electropathy, to strengthen the academic foundation of the practice.
